Order with us

made to order

Almost all of the B-TD range of lighting and furniture is made to order. We do this because it gives us maximum flexibility to modify, adapt and customise our range to suit the needs of our clients. It gives us a distinct advantage over larger European and international brands. If there is a custom requirement you need for a product, don’t hesitate to ask if it is possible.

Pricing

We only display the pricing for some of our range. We do this because many of our products start with a discussion about the specific requirements for quantities, finishes, sizing etc. After we get this information, we can provide more accurate pricing. We can usually provide this within 24 hours.

Trade Customers

We offer trade pricing throughout our range of products. Simply let us know the trade business name and we can incorporate it into the quote.

Ordering Process

Once we have finalised the specific requirements of the order and a quote has been provided, we will send an invoice with payment details. We ask for a 50% deposit to start the order, and a 50% balance paid prior to shipping. We will send you a photo of the order before sending it off. We accept payment via EFT or by credit / debit card. Card payment incur a 2.2% processing fee (which goes straight to the card payment vendor).

Lead times and delays

Generally, our lead times are around 8-10 weeks for made-to-order products. This may vary depending on how busy things are. We will always give you an approximate lead time at the start of an order. If you have a tight lead time, let us know as we can often expedite orders if necessary.

Sometimes orders can be delayed. This usually occurs when we receive parts from our suppliers and we are not 100% happy with the finish. If this occurs, we will send you a photo of the issue, and let you know how long the delay will be. We always try to meet delivery deadlines, but sometimes unforeseen issues occur in production.

Freight

Products can either be picked up from our Broadmeadows factory, or we can send them via couriers. If delivery is required, let us know and we can include it in the quote.

Customer Satisfaction

At B-TD it is a core value to maintain a high standard of quality for our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with the finished product we will endeavour to resolve the problem to the best of our abilities.
